I am Jeanette Brown, a project manager and Prince 2 Practitioner with more than 14 years’ experience working with a wide range of organisations in the private, public and not for profit sectors. My approach to project management is flexible and I will work to fit around your requirements, the project scope and timescales.
The practical experience I have gained over many years planning, implementing and delivering a diverse range of projects provides me with strong project management skills you may not have within your teams for a one-off project, ongoing programmes or to assist you during times of change.
What do I do?
I will take on the projects that you want to start but don’t have the time or resource within your business or organisation to deliver, take the initiative to manage projects independently or fit within your team to implement the outputs within the scope, time frame and budget required. I take a hands on approach and will establish project boards and working groups, arrange meetings where required and administer the project from set up to evaluation.

Having worked for a wide range of organisations and a wide variety of project I can draw on a wealth of experience and understand that business comes first. I will always fit around you and your priorities, working to very tight deadlines is the norm for me, if your project has a business-led deadline, I’ll ensure that it is met.
Where I’m based
Lewes, East Sussex, is my base and my clients are mostly located in London and the south of England, however I do have clients located in other parts of the UK and am used to working remotely.
Qualifications and Professional membership
I am a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), with excellent IT skills and experience in Microsoft Office and Project 2010.
